Marietta College is pleased to present the first combined Capstone Exhibition and Student Art & Design Exhibition. The exhibition will feature work from students from all disciplines and years, as well as the Capstone project of Hailey Bennett (Marietta, Ohio). The exhibition will run from March 23, 2018 to April 27, 2018 with an opening reception Friday, March 23 from 5 to 7 p.m.  The exhibition will be displayed in the Atrium Gallery on the third floor of Hermann Fine Arts Center on Fourth and Butler Streets. Gallery hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Student Art & Design Exhibition will include a variety of pieces in both studio art and graphic design. Hailey Bennett, a senior graphic Design and Studio Art major, will be featured in the show. Her capstone project includes a series of painted portraits of women and a book she has designed about her creative process. This project combines many of the skills and interests she has developed over the past four years.

The Student At & Design Exhibition will run through April 27, 2018. The artists, designers, and their professors will be present at the opening reception Friday, March 23, 2018 from 5 to 7p.m. The event is free and open to the public.  The Hermann Fine Arts Center is handicap accessible.
