When the everyday person thinks of fashion trends they might not immediately think of special occasion apparel, but it’s a great place to see these looks in their full glory. Inspired by the country glam see gracing the red carpet of the CMT Music Awards, we decided to style our spring fashion looks with some luxe country flare.
Featured in this shoot are ball gowns from Elizabeth Michaels, located in Vienna, West Virginia. Elizabeth Michaels specializes in gorgeous wedding, pageant, prom and other special occasion apparel and accessories. Also featured in this shoot are looks from Schafer Leather, located in Marietta, Ohio. All of the models are wearing Schafer Leather’s cowboy boots, something the Schafers have been selling for over 100 years. You’ll see that we decided to have a little fun with the cowboy looks, too: there’s the traditional cowboy, the modern cowboy and my personal favorite, the steam-punk cowboy.
