Roger Mackey is a local historian and member of the local historical organization, as well as the owner of Mackey's Clock Repair in Parkersburg. In 2015, Roger was awarded a West Virginia History Hero Award from the West Virginia Department of History and Culture after being nominated by the Wood County Historical and Preservation Society.
