St. Patrick’s Day might be over, but the weather in the Mid-Ohio Valley still feels like the temperamental Irish coasts. One minute sunshine and the next a rain and wind so strong that you just want to curl up by a fire with a good book and a warm drink.
This Irish coffee recipe from The Blennerhasset is the tonic to treat the leftover winter blues that just haven’t quite left as we usher in spring. Although it’s wonderful enjoyed alone, many choose it in place of a dessert after a good meal.
