The Holiday Marietta Marketplace

The Holiday Marietta Marketplace is a unique, mobile curated market showcasing the products of local and regional vendors and small businesses. This marketplace is located in the heart of downtown, providing visitors the opportunity to browse booths of art, quality handcrafts, vintage goods, and much more.

This year’s Great Marietta Marketplace is hosted by Clutch MOV, in partnership with Marietta Main Street. Marietta Main Street, a 501c3 charitable nonprofit dedicated to revitalization in Downtown Marietta, receives a percentage of all proceeds.

The 2020 Holiday Marietta Marketplace will take place on Saturday, December 5th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the Armory in Downtown Marietta, Ohio.

Vendor Guidelines

To ensure a positive experience for vendors and buyers, please be sure to read through our 2020 Vendor Guidelines. When you submit your application, you will be asked to confirm your full acknowledgment of these guidelines.

Accepted vendors will be notified (1) week after the application deadline. The invoice will be attached to this notification and payment is due within 48 hours of receipt. Vendors who do not pay within (1) week of receiving an invoice will forfeit their space.

Only approved and paid vendors will be added to our coordinated promotion, like our web page, Facebook event, and Instagram account.

Booths cannot be shared. Only one vendor is permitted per booth.

The Holiday Marietta Marketplace is an indoor event and will take place rain or shine, and vendors must be prepared to set up regardless of the weather.

(1) 6′ or 8′ table and (2) chairs will be provided for each vendor. All other materials are the responsibility of the vendor.

Vendors must be fully set up no later than the start of the event and are not permitted to tear down until the designated event end time.

Refunds will not be processed for cancellations within (30) days of the event. If, due to extreme circumstance, The Holiday Marietta Marketplace is canceled, vendors can choose between a 50% refund or free participation in a rescheduled date.

Vendors cannot resell other artist’s items; all items for sale must be the vendor’s work. Vintage items must be truly vintage (at least 25 years old), not mass-produced goods being re-sold.

Clutch MOV and the City of Marietta are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury. Vendors are responsible for their own property, items, and transactions.

Vendor Application

Vendor applications must be submitted in full to be considered to sell at The Holiday Marietta Marketplace.

Round 1 Applications are due June 19th. Round 2 Applications are due August 1st, and there is a $20 increase for applications received after June 19th. Applications will not be accepted after August 1st.

A $25.00 fee will be added to your vendor fee when the invoice is sent to confirm commitment. This fee will be refunded in full for vendors who remain set up through the event’s conclusion at 4:00 p.m.
