Those who were able to join us at our ClutchMOV soft-launch event a few weeks ago will already be familiar with the Clutch Cocktail concoction. For those of you who could not make it, do you know we will always have free booze? See you at our next event? That’s what I thought you would say.

The Clutch Cocktail is a perfect spring sipper. It is light, bubbly, and super refreshing. What gives the cocktail its unique flavoring is the Elderflower essence that is in both in the Wild Tea Vodka and the St. Germain. Elderflower is just like it sounds, a slightly floral, somewhat sweet liquor, with a very distinct taste-one I happen to love. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
1.5 parts Absolut Wild Tea Vodka*
.5 parts St. Germain**
1 part sparkling champagne or white wine

Instructions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Absolute Wild Tea Vodka, then St. Germain, then top with the sparkling champagne. Give it one slow stir, and garnish with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!

 

*The only place I have been able to find Absolut Wild Tea is at the CVS by the Memorial Bridge in Parkersburg. Yes, I am serious.

**Large bottles of St. Germain can be a little pricey, but Weber’s Market on Scammel Street in Marietta sells small bottles for $5-6.
