We are now in the end of summer and musical festivals are in wrapping. We partnered with Schafer Leather in Marietta to create some on-trend festival wear, so get ready to add these looks to your Pinterest boards. Ladies, it’s all about the oversized brim hats and tribal print dresses. Tribal print has been popular in the fashion world for quite some time now and it seems to not be going anywhere. Don’t forget to pay attention to the detail of your accessories and makeup as well.
We chose a heavy necklace with an accent color which really brought the perfect amount of color to the look as well as a chunky bangle. The floppy hat is just adorable and the silver hammered metal hoops really stand out against Molly’s hair color. We also decided to bring in some more drama and movement by layering the dress with a tulle skirt underneath. The cowboy boots are perfect with their zipper accents. These would look good with anything; skirts, dresses, denim – LOVE them!
One last detail I mentioned before is the makeup. Lauren Elaine Makeup did an awesome job bringing a more artistic approach, yet not overdone with a bit of a dusty rose look.
Now fellas, you have it a little easier than us chicas. A simple band tee or previous festival tee will work just fine for you. Try not to get in the mentality that guys don’t accessorize. We paired a leather cuff with metal stud accents, a belt buckle and simple leather choker. Of course the ultimate shoes would be a pair of Vans or Converse.
You see ladies and gents, music is a great inspiration for so many things, especially bringing out your own personal style. So have fun this summer with the “Ultimate Summer Look!” Schafer Leather is a perfect place to scope out for additional festival looks.
