Now that spring is here, Easter Egg Hunts are popping up! Looking for an egg hunt in your neighborhood? We’ve rounded up this year’s schedule across the Mid-Ohio Valley, including Easter parades, activities, and egg hunts. Let us know if we’ve missed an event and we will add it to the list. OHIO

Belpre: The Belpre Branch Library is hosting their Annual Spring Fling on Thursday, April 11th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.! Children ages 2-10 are welcome with adult supervision to come for free fun, crafts, and an egg hunt. (The egg hunt will be held inside if the weather is bad.

Coolville: The Torch Baptist Church is hosting the Mary Cleland Memorial Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 13th for children 12 years and younger. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m., the event will be held rain or shine.

Dart: The Little Muskingum Volunteer Fire Department is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 13th at 3:30 p.m. for all kids through 6th grade, at the Lawrence School.

McArthur: Lake Hope State Park is hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 1:00 p.m. Children ages 0-18 are invited to hunt for candy-filled eggs on the grounds surrounding the Nature Center.

Marietta: The Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 13th at 10:00 a.m. There will be games, breakfast with the Easter Bunny, and more than 3,000 hunts hidden. For children up to 10 years old.

The Washington County Fairgrounds is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 13th at 3:00 p.m. for children up to 11 years old. Location is subject to change according to weather.

River of Life Assembly of God Church is hosting a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 14th at Flander’s Field, in Harmar Village at 2:30 p.m. for children ages 1 to 14. Free hot dogs and Kool-aide for the first 100 people.

Devola Recreation EMCA is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. Kiddos through elementary school are welcome to join!

Pathway Community Church is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt at the Marietta Middle School with 10,000 eggs on Sunday, April 21st! Check-in for the event begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by a service at 10:00 a.m. and the egg hunt at 11:30 a.m.

Hope Bible Church is hosting their 2nd Annual Easter “Egg”stravaganza Sunday, April 21st. There will be a community BBQ, Easter egg hunt with 1,000 candy-filled eggs, and a stuffed animal (while supplies last) for children under 10. All activities are free and open to the public. Events will take place at 251 Sandhill Rd. and the community BBQ will be held across the road at the Community Center’s (old Reno school) park out back.

Middleport: The Middleport Business Association and Middleport Fire Department are hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Middleport Football Field on Sunday, April 21st at 1:00 p.m. Children can also have their picture taken with the Easter bunny!

Nelsonville: The Hocking Valley Scenic Railroad is hosting two special Easter rides on Saturday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Ride the train, meet the Easter Bunny, and enjoy an egg hunt with special prizes!

Reedsville: The Friends of Forked Run State Park are hosting their Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 13th at Forked Run State Park at 1:00 p.m. for children ages 2-12 years old. The Easter Bunny will also be on site!

Tunnel: The Tunnel United Methodist Church is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 10:00 a.m. in Inman-Liberty Park in Warren Township, behind the Warren Volunteer Fire Department. Toddlers through 6th grade are invited to join. The egg hunt will be moved inside if the weather is bad.

WEST VIRGINIA

Cairo: North Bend State Park is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 21st at 2:00 p.m. at the Lodge for children 12 years old and younger.

Friendly: The Friendly Lion Clubs will host their Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 19th at 2:00 pm.m at the Friendly Community Center. Open to all children 12 years old or younger.

Mineral Wells: The Mt. Zion Baptist Church is hosting a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 2:00 p.m. for children through 5th grade. The event will be held rain or shine.

Parkersburg: The 10th Annual MOV Easter Parade will take place on Saturday, April 13th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in Downtown Parkersburg.

Cedar Grove Assisted Living is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 9:00 a.m. Breakfast is included, the Egg Hunt will begin at 10:00 a.m.

The Beechwood Presbyterian Church is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt and Egg Coloring event on Saturday, April 20th at 12:00 p.m.

The Fairlawn Baptist Church is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt with more than 8,500 eggs on Saturday, April 20th. Registration begins at 2:00 p.m., the Hunt begins at 3:00 p.m. Children up to 12 years old are welcome.

Parkersburg High School is hosting their Spring Celebration on Thursday, April 11th at 6:00 p.m. The Celebration includes spring festivities, an Egg Hunt, and prize giveaways and is free and open to the public!

The Area United Methodist Churches and Children’s Home Society are hosting a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 2:00 p.m. on the PHS front campus. Pre-school and elementary school children are invited, snacks and prizes will be provided.

Ravenswood: The GLOW Movement is hosting the 2nd Annual Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 6:30 p.m. at the Ravenswood River Front Park. All are welcome, including adults.

Vienna: Olivia and Friends – Child Care and Development Center is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny at Spencer Memorial Park in Vienna on Sunday, April 14th beginning at 1:00 p.m. There is a $10 fee for one child, with $5 per additional child.

City Soul Ministries is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th beginning at noon, featuring food, games, face painting, an Easter Photo Opportunity, and an Egg Hunt for children through 4th grade. The egg hunt begins at 12:30 p.m.

Waverly: The Friends of Mountwood Park are hosting their Annual Mountwood Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. for children 13 years old and younger.

Williamstown: The First Baptist Church of Williamstown is hosting a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at 11:0 a.m. at Tomlinson Park for children up to 12 years old.

The Peoples Church of Boaz is hosting an Easter Party and Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20th at The People’s Church at 1:00 p.m. featuring free food and activities.
