Looking for a fun and very social way to exercise? Our Line Dancing Program might be what you’re looking for! Burn calories while learning a variety of line dances and western struts. The instructor will teach participants easy-to-follow specific line and western steps to the beat and accompaniment of all types of music genres.
No equipment is necessary. Individuals and groups of all ages are welcomed! It’s recommended to wear proper gym shoes and loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow airflow.
