Williamstown Ohio should be ashamed of everyone concerned should call the representatives and tell them there’s a more humane way to deal with these cats.
Cats have feelings they need help and I thank you for helping them and I will be donating.

There are many examples of cats that have been transported far from their homes, and been lost for years. A pet owner can’t search much territory in 48 hours, especially a non-driver, like me. My cat lives indoors, and is micro-chipped, just in case. But a chip won’t help, if they aren’t scanned!
